Customer support is never ending, there will always be something you need help with, something you need to know or advice you could do with.

We constantly provide our customers with a quality customer service and support absolutely FREE. This can be by telephone, skype, face to face or by email.

However to try to make things quicker and simpler for those problems that occur out of hours or you need an urgent answer for - all our customers receive entry to the customer support section here on our website.

Currently you cannot see this due to it being access only. However, to give you an idea, below are just a few things that you will have available to you:

  • Customer Support

    Domain name registration - we ensure that your registration of your domain name is done in yours or your company name to ensure protection for you. Some companies don't give you the ownership but we do.
  • E-mail set up - step by step instructions for setting up you and your staff's e-mails with Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express.
  • Visitor Information - when taking your website hosting with us you will be supplied with monthly statistics showing you how well your site is doing so you can monitor its progress month to month, day to day.
  • Website Statistics - a definition list so you can understand what everything means in your monthly statistics of visits to your website.
  • Support FAQ's - a list of questions that get asked time and time again, saving you the time and money on a phone call by looking through and getting an instant answer to your query.
  • Phone Support - You will always be able to contact Blue Monkey at our office, we have the facility of an answermachine so therefore leave a message and we will return the call - saving you money on a phone call.
  • Remote Support - a software component that helps us to help you in real time, we have access to your computer to help you through a support issue.
  • Online Shop Support - for those customers with online shops, short video "How To" training on what you need to know, taking you through step by step along with Skype Support as a backup.
  • Content Management Support - for those customers with CMS websites - short video "How To" training on how to keep your site up to date along with Skype Support as a backup.
  • Skype Support - We are always on skype during working hours and therefore are contactable by the cheapest method for any queries you may have. If you don't have skype, checkout www.skype.com to enhance your business too.
  • Site Maintenance - If you ever need changes on your website but don't have one of our website maintenance packages don't worry. We are always available to make amends with an ad-hoc charge to ensure your website is how you want it.
  • Simple Accounts - We have an online accounts system which will generate and e-mail your invoices directly. You simply click a link to login to your own personal account at Bluemonkey.it - That way it's quick, easy and great for the environment.
  • Online Payment  - Our accounts system is now attached to our website database using PayPal. Our customers can pay online direct using a credit card or debit card or even PayPal account.
